Danny– Kaya
Danny can and has the right to claim his own in the Zambian music industry. He is back with a hot album, Kaya. For all his critics, this is unbelievably the fourth album from the creative lover boy. Danny makes creativity seem as effortless as breathing. Hats off to him for pulling this one off. The message on the album can be divided into three categories: life, love and how we should conduct ourselves and relate to one another as human beings. He deals with several issues ranging from prostitution to men robbing young girls' cradles. In spite of all his success, Danny does not forget to thank God for all his blessings, which is a good introduction to his album. After all, we need God from the beginning so he can see us through till the end, which is exactly what he did.
Even though he fully trusts God, Danny on ‘Kaya' takes time to think about his future and wonders if tomorrow will ever come. There are many people dying so young and one cannot help but be uncertain about the future. Well...only God knows and all we can say is kaya. This is a very powerful song that has a deep message that cannot help but get noticed.

Another track that cannot go unnoticed is ‘Vilibe Nchito'. This is one of the best love songs ever. The lover boy scores very highly on this one, which features the soothing voice of Martin Mwesa. It hits home because almost everyone has been a victim of scorn and peer pressure. A relationship is about two people and Danny says that his girl should not worry about what people are saying about both their past because it's all history. What matters is the love that they have and what they do from now on because no person is free from sin. In the same way that God forgives all of us when we are repentant, lovers should be able to forgive and forget each other's past.

Not only should you forget about your lover's past but Danny in ‘Bakakwafya' cautions all men to take care of their women. ‘Nga taulemupela yonse baby yobe, ngataule musunga bwino honey... bakakawafwa'. There is a man who knows what's good for him by treating his lady right.

Because of wanting to treat his lady right, Danny on ‘Wamona Nomba' advises his honey to keep a pregnancy that she would have otherwise terminated due to fear. This is an adorable and positive song because it shows that taking the short way out of a pregnancy is not always the right thing. Children are a joy even though when the pregnancy happens, it seems as though the world is about to end when people are not ready. This does not mean that young girls should go out and get pregnant because as Danny put it ‘Vabakulu Nivabakulu', take it easy because your time will come. Don't think you are all grown up when you are still young and cannot handle the consequences of your actions.

The action continues on this album with songs like the satirical ‘Beta TV', the eye-opening ‘Niulule', the candid ‘Kukondema Kondema', the ingenious ‘Bushe', the memorable ‘Ba Boss', and of course the touching ‘Chinibaba'.
Danny totally shines on this album. It is his best album yet. The artists he featured, Runell, Hamoba and Martin Mwesa did a great job of complementing his style. If anyone ever doubted his talent, this should seal the deal that he is no fluke. He is here for the long haul. Danny is on fire and no wind is strong enough to blow his flame off because it's blazing with so much vigor.
