ZAMBIA Mozambique (Zammo) Record Label has released onto the market a compilation album on Compact Disc (CD) consisting of musicians from the two countries.

The 14-track compilation, which has since been distributed on the market, mainly consists of artists who had their albums released in the year 2005.

Some of the artists on the compilation include Kamaflage of the Katenge fame, Mainza Chipezi, Leo Munthu, Namanje and the songbird Maureen Lilanda.

Others are Mozegater, known for his Chikokoshi song, MC Wabwino, Cha of the Kapolo fame.

And from Mozambique, there is Afrikanze, Djaaka and songbirds Beat das Fotas.

The album opens with the introduction done by radio four DJ, Innocent Kalaluka, otherwise known as Smooth IK.

And Zammo administration manager, Crispine Mutale said; "We at Zammo feel that African music soon will join the global market on all levels, quality, diversity and creativity. Zambian has a lot of talent yet to be discovered and exposed."
